Realtors, join our national team of Business Development Representatives working smarter. As a Realtor and Client Direct Mortgage Business Development Representative, you'll refer mortgage leads, whether that client is seeking pre-approval or is already in contract. Our team of Loan Officers will get your client's mortgage closed. Upon escrow closing, you'll get a referral fee of up to 0.75% of the loan amount.
For example, on a $400,000 loan, you'll get a referral fee of up to $3,000.

Keep your position at your current Real Estate Brokerage, and join Client Direct Mortgage as a W2 employee. You'll be a remote Business Development Representative earning a referral fee of up to 0.75% of the loan amount when escrow closes.
